| 摘要:水电站灯泡贯流式机组泡头动力柜风机控制方式一般为常压、强迫通风、闭路循环,一次冷却。通风冷却系统主要由空气冷却器、风机、导风板、挡风板等组成。发电机的通风方式为强迫径向磁轭通风。发电机空气循环动力由安装在空冷器后风道内的 6 到 8 台风机产生,多数均存在高耗能,电机转速高,连续对机械磨损大,轴承易发损坏。 |

| Abstract: In hydropower station bulb-type tubular turbine units, the control method for the bulb head power cabinet fans typically employs atmospheric pressure forced ventilation with closed-loop circulation and primary cooling. The ventilation system primarily consists of air coolers, fans, guide vanes, and wind deflectors. The generator adopts a forced radial magnetic yoke ventilation system. Six to eight fans installed in the rear air duct of the air cooler generate the driving force for the generator's airflow. However, most systems suffer from high energy consumption, excessive mechanical wear due to high motor rotational speeds, and frequent bearing failures. |
