水利水电工程施工安全风险智能防控技术研究

摘要:水利水电工程是国民经济发展与水资源战略调配的基础设施,其施工区域地形条件复杂、交叉作业繁多、危险源分布广泛,安全隐患呈现隐蔽性、突发性与动态性特征。现阶段传统安全管控模式多以人工监管和经验化管理为主,风险识别精度不足、预警响应滞后,无法适配现代化工程高标准的安全管控要求。依托物联网、大数据、人工智能及数字孪生等新一代数字化技术,搭建智能化安全风险防控体系,以此来强化水利水电工程施工安全保障,夯实工程本质安全建设的重要发展方向。

Research on Intelligent Prevention and Control Technology for Safety Risks in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Construction

Abstract: Water conservancy and hydropower projects serve as critical infrastructure for national economic development andstrategic water resource allocation. Their construction sites feature complex terrain conditions, extensive cross-operations, andwidespread hazard sources, with safety risks exhibiting characteristics of concealment, suddenness, and dynamism. The currenttraditional safety management model primarily relies on manual supervision and experiential management, resulting in insufficientrisk identification accuracy and delayed warning responses, which fail to meet the high-standard safety requirements of modernengineering. By leveraging new-generation digital technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, anddigital twins, an intelligent safety risk prevention and control system is established to enhance construction safety in waterconservancy and hydropower projects, thereby reinforcing the essential safety development direction of these projects.
