摘要:学术传播正在从“单向发布”走向“社交化互动”。日前,由Quest Press Limited 出版的金色开放获取中文学术双月刊《水利水电工程科技》(Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Technology,ISSN 3081-1392,eISSN 3081-1406,CODEN: SSGKCE,DOI 前缀:https://doi.org/10.66106/ssgkce,进口备案刊号:G015Z108)正式入驻Academia.edu(学术界),实现期刊成果的中英双语全文传播。Academia.edu 是全球领先的学术资源共享与交流平台,集文献管理、学术社交与多学科资源整合于一体,已收录超过4000 万篇学术文献,涵盖270 余个学科领域,被称为“科研人员的脸书”。与传统数据库不同,Academia.edu 的核心价值在于构建研究者与期刊之间的双向对话机制。本刊聚焦水资源可持续利用与水电能源创新发展,所有文章均经过严格的国际同行评审,采用CC BY 4.0 协议,发表后永久免费开放。入驻Academia.edu 后,本刊将借助其社交化传播功能,与全球水利工程领域的研究者建立直接联系,开启中英双语学术对话的新窗口。本文结合本刊定位,分析此次入驻的务实价值。

Abstract: Academic dissemination is moving from “one-way publishing” to “socialized interaction.” Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Technology (ISSN 3081-1392, eISSN 3081-1406, CODEN: SSGKCE, DOI prefix: https://doi.org/10.66106/ssgkce, Import Registration Number: G015Z108), a gold open-access Chinese-language bimonthly journal published by Quest Press Limited, has recently joined Academia.edu, achieving bilingual (Chinese and English) full-text dissemination of the journal's research outputs. Academia.edu is a leading global platform for academic resource sharing and exchange, integrating literature management, academic social networking, and multidisciplinary resource aggregation. It has indexed over 40 million academic articles covering more than 270 disciplinary fields and is often referred to as the “Facebook for researchers.” Unlike traditional databases, the core value of Academia.edu lies in constructing a two-way dialogue mechanism between researchers and journals. The journal focuses on sustainable utilization of water resources and innovative development of hydropower energy. All accepted articles undergo rigorous international peer review and are published under the CC BY 4.0 license, making them permanently and freely accessible. By joining Academia.edu, the journal will leverage its social dissemination features to establish direct connections with global researchers in hydraulic engineering, opening a new window for bilingual academic dialogue. This article, taking into account the journal's positioning, analyzes the practical value of this move.
