摘要：日前，由Quest Press Limited 出版的金色开放获取中文学术双月刊《水利水电工程科技》（WaterResources and Hydropower Engineering Technology，ISSN 3081-1392，eISSN 3081-1406，CODEN: SSGKCE，DOI 前缀：https://doi.org/10.66106/ssgkce，进口备案刊号：G015Z108）正式被哥白尼期刊数据库（ICIWorld of Journals ） 全文收录。ICI World of Journals 是由波兰哥白尼国际索引（ Index CopernicusInternational）运营的全球性科学期刊数据库，涵盖150 多个国家、超过4.5 万种科学期刊，以收录标准严格、出版流程透明著称，是中东欧地区最具影响力的学术文献数据库之一。本刊聚焦水资源可持续利用与水电能源创新发展，所有文章均经过严格的国际同行评审，采用CC BY 4.0 协议，发表后永久免费开放。此次收录标志着本刊学术质量获得国际认可，为水利工程研究在中东欧学术版图中确立了新的坐标。本文结合本刊定位，分析此次收录的务实价值。

Abstract: Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Technology (ISSN 3081-1392, eISSN 3081-1406, CODEN: SSGKCE, DOI prefix: https://doi.org/10.66106/ssgkce, Import Registration Number: G015Z108), a gold open-access Chinese-language bimonthly journal published by Quest Press Limited, has recently been officially indexed by the ICI World of Journals database. Operated by Index Copernicus International of Poland, the ICI World of Journals database covers over 45,000 scientific journals from more than 150 countries. Known for its strict inclusion criteria and transparent publishing process, it is one of the most influential scholarly literature databases in Central and Eastern Europe. The journal focuses on sustainable utilization of water resources and innovative development of hydropower energy. All accepted articles undergo rigorous international peer review and are published under the CC BY 4.0 license, making them permanently and freely accessible. This indexing marks international recognition of the journal's academic quality, establishing a new coordinate for hydraulic engineering research in the Central and Eastern European academic landscape. This article, taking into account the journal's positioning, analyzes the practical value of this indexing.
