摘要:日前,由Quest Press Limited 出版的金色开放获取中文学术双月刊《水利水电工程科技》(WaterResources and Hydropower Engineering Technology,ISSN 3081-1392,eISSN 3081-1406,CODEN: SSGKCE,DOI 前缀:https://doi.org/10.66106/ssgkce)正式被Google Scholar 索引。Google Scholar 是全球使用最广泛的免费学术搜索引擎,自2004 年推出以来,已成为科研人员获取学术文献的首选工具。本刊聚焦水资源可持续利用与水电能源创新发展,涵盖水文水资源、水工结构、水力机械、流域管理等领域,所有文章均经过严格的国际同行评审,采用CC BY 4.0 协议,发表后永久免费开放。被Google Scholar索引,标志着本刊研究成果正式进入全球学术搜索主航道。本文结合本刊定位,分析此次索引的务实价值。

Abstract: Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Technology (ISSN 3081-1392, eISSN 3081-1406, CODEN: SSGKCE, DOI prefix: https://doi.org/10.66106/ssgkce), a gold open-access Chinese-language bimonthly journal published by Quest Press Limited, has recently been officially indexed by Google Scholar. Google Scholar is the world's most widely used free academic search engine and has become the primary tool for researchers to access scholarly literature since its launch in 2004. The journal focuses on sustainable utilization of water resources and innovative development of hydropower energy, covering hydrology, water resources, hydraulic structures, hydraulic machinery, and watershed management. All accepted articles undergo rigorous international peer review and are published under the CC BY 4.0 license, making them permanently and freely accessible. Being indexed by Google Scholar marks the official entry of the journal's research outputs into the mainstream of global academic search. This article, taking into account the journal's positioning, analyzes the practical value of this indexing.
