摘要:在中文语境下,学术成果的发现与传播需要更贴近本土研究者的使用习惯。日前,由Quest PressLimited 出版的金色开放获取中文学术双月刊《水利水电工程科技》(Water Resources and HydropowerEngineering Technology , ISSN 3081-1392 , eISSN 3081-1406 , CODEN: SSGKCE , DOI 前缀:https://doi.org/10.66106/ssgkce,进口备案刊号:G015Z108)正式被百度学术(Baidu Scholar)索引。百度学术是中国最大的学术搜索引擎,2025 年8 月完成AI 重构后,上线了AI 学术搜索、AI 文献总结、AI 阅读、论文图谱等数十项新功能,从传统学术搜索引擎升级为一站式AI 学术平台。目前,百度学术已索引超过27 亿学术资源页面,收录7 亿多篇学术文献,每年为数千万元学术用户提供近30 亿次服务。本刊聚焦水资源可持续利用与水电能源创新发展,所有文章均经过严格的国际同行评审,采用CC BY 4.0 协议,发表后永久免费开放。被百度学术索引后,本刊的研究成果将借助AI 技术实现智能化推荐与精准触达,更好地服务中文语境下的水利工程研究者。本文结合本刊定位,分析此次索引的务实价值。

Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Technology Indexed by Baidu Scholar: Water Resources Engineering Research Connects to the New Ecosystem of Chinese AI Academic Search

Abstract: In the Chinese context, the discovery and dissemination of academic outputs need to be more aligned with the usage habits of local researchers. Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Technology (ISSN 3081-1392, eISSN 3081-1406, CODEN: SSGKCE, DOI prefix: https://doi.org/10.66106/ssgkce, Import Registration Number: G015Z108), a gold open-access Chinese-language bimonthly journal published by Quest Press Limited, has recently been officially indexed by Baidu Scholar. As the largest academic search engine in China, Baidu Scholar underwent an AI restructuring in August 2025, launching dozens of new AI capabilities including AI academic search, AI literature summarization, AI reading, and paper knowledge graphs, transforming from a traditional academic search engine into a one-stop AI academic platform. Currently, Baidu Scholar has indexed over 2.7 billion academic resource pages and collected more than 700 million academic documents, providing nearly 3 billion services annually to tens of millions of academic users. The journal focuses on sustainable utilization of water resources and innovative development of hydropower energy. All accepted articles undergo rigorous international peer review and are published under the CC BY 4.0 license, making them permanently and freely accessible. Being indexed by Baidu Scholar will enable the journal's research outputs to leverage AI technology for intelligent recommendation and precise targeting, better serving researchers in hydraulic engineering within the Chinese context. This article, taking into account the journal's positioning, analyzes the practical value of this indexing.
