Abstract:This study focuses on the field of hydropower projects, which are capital-intensive and technically complex major infrastructure endeavors. It systematically constructs a comprehensive operational activity analysis and management system that covers the entire lifecycle, incorporates multidimensional perspectives, and allows for dynamic adjustments. Through a two-tiered management architecture design of "headquarters-project site," it integrates multidisciplinary analytical elements such as engineering technology, financial economics, and environmental-social aspects. By applying integrated BIM+GIS+IoT technologies, it proposes a characteristic analytical indicator system and typical analytical methods tailored for hydropower projects. This approach effectively addresses challenges such as difficult data acquisition, low prediction accuracy, and poor professional collaboration in hydropower projects, promoting the transformation of hydropower project management towards digitization, real-time control, and intelligence.
